All orders are taken during a limited order window, on a PRE-ORDER basis. Following the order window closure, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-4 weeks, depending on availability and payment clearance. However during our sale period, delivery times will be longer.
Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created.
Mouton Noir Clothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for payment. We do not offer Sunday for Bank Holiday delivery.
Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods.

Mouton Noir Clothing Ltd ships worldwide using Fed Ex & DHL, please select your destination at checkout. International orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid will be calculated at checkout.
Please note Order Numbers are required to process returned packages.
We offer a 14 day returns period on goods once received. Please fill in your returns form when sending items back for refund and/or exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of damage, stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
If you’ve received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items returned that are purchased from a sale or during a sale event will be allowed an exchange. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Mouton Noir Clothing Ltd will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
